Golf is one particular sport where players develop injuries unnecessarily. As a general rule, these types of injuries affect the neck, shoulder, ( golfers ) elbow, wrist injuries and mid to lower back injuries. These forms of injury are entirely avoidable with the practice of a 5 minute stretching and warm up routine we have developed specifically for golfers.
Our golf injury seminar lasts for approximately 30 - 45 minutes and covers the philosophy and practice of the 5 minute stretch and warm up routine. Also covered is an in-depth explanation of the typical injuries golfers tend to suffer from.
