Overcoming Fatigue
The three most common reasons people visit their doctor is said to be for help with pain, stress and fatigue. In the UK alone, fatigue, including chronic fatigue, in all its various guises, has reached almost epidemic proportions leaving many people struggling just to make it through the average day.
Fatigue is a state of exhaustion, loss of energy, strength or endurance, increased discomfort and decreased efficiency resulting from prolonged or excessive exertion and involves an abnormally low vitality to respond to stimulation. Often there is no evidence of another illness.
Fatigue may be constant, beginning in the morning after a full night's sleep, or it may build rapidly during the day until by nightfall the sufferer feels utterly exhausted
